Studio 14 in Blackstock Mews is Chance de Silva’s base. We converted a turn of the century light industrial building into live-work use.

The upper unit, with its added mezzanine and roof terrace is a ‘loft’ space with raw finishes like galvanised metal balustrading, PVC strip curtains and plywood floors. Kitchen units are designed from flight case components in reference to the first ever tenants, Kiss FM.

The lower unit is shared studio space managed by Chance e Silva architects and shared with users from different creative industries. It integrates salvaged items with bespoke furniture.
