Client: E-LO Vale Limited – a joint venture set up to develop eco-homes.
In partnership with McNite, Chance de Silva are helping to piece together slivers of derelict backland sites to enable a development of three eco-houses, in a small courtyard, designed to use sustainable materials and technology.
The houses are partly set into the sloping ground and have first floor living spaces with generous terraces and green roofs planted with sedum.
