We were in the last four of this competition when the Arts Council put it on hold.
Together with artist Kirsty Brooks we proposed a community building to be designed in detail in consultation with the local community at Newport, Isle of Wight.
The idea was that it could be made off site, by local boat-builders, to be movable, and ‘customised’ with different cladding materials with input from the community.
